Okra/ladies finger pachadi

Okra(sliced as thin pieces): 1 cup
Green chilly:4
Red chilli: 4
Cumin seeds:1/2 teaspoon
Mustard seeds:1/4+half teaspoon
Curd:1/2 cup
Coconut grated:1/2 cup
Curry leaves: few
Coconut oil: 3 table spoon
Salt: to taste
Heat 1 table spoon oil in a pan.roast chopped okra and 2 green chillies until crispy.grind coconut,cumin seeds,2 green chillies and 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds with some water to a thick paste.into a bowl,add curd and coconut mixture.mix well and add salt to taste.add roasted okra into it and mix well.then heat the remaining oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds,red chillies and curry leaves.pour into the pachadi.the tasty okra pachady is ready now.it is one of the sadya dishes.try this and enjoy😍
