VEGETABLE STEW

Green peas : 1/4 cup
Carrot : 1/4 cup
Potato : 1/4 cup
Green chillies : 3
Salt : as needed
Pepper powder : 1 teaspoon
Coconut milk
Coconut oil : 2 teaspoon
Mustard seeds :1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves
Cook all the vegetables with some water salt and pepper powder.After cooked well add coconut milk and heat for 2 mnts.Heat oil in a pan and allow mustard seeds to sputter and add curry leaves.Add this in to the curry.
