Onion: 2
Shallots: 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste: 2 teaspoon
Chillies: 6
Curry leaves: few
Tomatoes: 2
Kashmiri chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Fennel seed powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: as needed
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Coconut oil: as needed
For marination:
Kashmiri chilli powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Ginger_garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: as needed
Remove the shell and vein of the prawns.w Ash and clean very well.marinate it with all the prescribed ingredients.keep it aside for half an hour.Then heat a pan and add oil.fry the prawns in the oil.Add curry leaves while frying.Dont fry too much.keep it aside.In the same oil,add ginger garlic paste,chopped green chillies and curry leaves.sort well until the raw smell goes.Then add chopped onions and shallots.Add salt and sort well.when it becomes light brown,add all the spice powders.roast well until the raw smell goes.Add sugar to balance the spice level.Then add chopped tomatoes and sort well.when it becomes well cooked,add the fried prawns.Mix well and close for 10 minutes in low flame.Roast well until the oil oozes out from it.Then sprinkle some curry leaves and switch off the flame.If you want a tangy taste,squeeze half of a lemon over it.Now the tasty prawns Roast is ready to serve now.Try this and enjoy😍
