Banana flower stir fry

Banana flower : 1
Red moong beans: 1/4 cup
Grated coconut: 4 table spoon
Green chillies: 2
Turmeric powder:1/2 teaspoon
Salt: as required
Shallots: 8
Red chillies: 5
Curry leaves: few
Coconut oil: 3 table spoon
Mustard seeds: 1/2 teaspoon

Remove the outer petals of the banana flower which may be hard.cut it into small pieces.lnto a pressure cooker add cleaned red moong beans and chopped banana flower with salt and turmeric powder.add required water and cook until 5 whistles.After the pressure releases fully,heat a pan and add coconut oil.splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves.Then add crushed red chillies and shallots.sort very well until the raw smell goes.Then add cooked banana flower.mix very well.crush coconut with green chillies.Add it to the pan.mix very well and close the pan for 5 minutes.After that mix again and sprinkle some curry leaves and coconut oil.Now the tasty authentic banana stir fry is ready to serve.Try this and enjoy😍
