Crispy puffy poori

Wheat flour: 1 cup
Semolina: 2 table spoon
Salt: to taste
Oil: 2 table spoon+frying
Water: as required to knead
In to a vessel add wheat flour,semolina,salt,oil and mix well.Add water slowly and knead the flour to get a soft dough.close the vessel by adding 1 teaspoon oil on the top.leave for 15 minutes.Again knead the dough and make lemon sized balls.press it nicely by using a pathiri maker or rolling pin to make thin poories. Now heat oil in a pan and fry each poori by gently pressing it's surface so that it can easily puffed up.fry it until golden colour appears on both sides.Now the crispy poori is ready to serve.we can serve it with potato masala.Try this and leave your feedback😍
