Chilli bajji/mulaku bajji

Bajji chilli: 10
Gram flour: 1 cup
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: to taste
Hing powder: 1 pinch
Red chilli powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Baking soda: 1 pinch
Semolina: 2 table spoon
Oil: for frying
Cut the chilli into two pieces vertically.Mix gram flour,all powders,semolina and salt with some water to make a thick batter.Leave for 15 minutes. Mix well.After that heat oil in a pan.Dip each chilly pieces in the batter and deep fry in the oil.serve as hot with tomato ketchup or mint leaves chutney.Try this and enjoy😍
