Jack fruit chips

Semi ripened Jackfruit(deseeded
And cut as lengthy strips): 1
Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon or as required to give nice colour
Salt: as required
Oil: for frying


Into a bowl add Jackfruit pieces and sprinkle turmeric powder .mix well.then heat oil in a pan in high flame .when the oil becomes very hot, fry the Jacfruit  pieces in the oil.after 1 minute,reduce the heat to medium flame and fry until it become crispy.mix salt with some water and sprinkle this over the frying Jackfruit pieces.take care while doing this.now take out the crispy chips and strain it.you can also add salt justafter taking it out from the oil if the sprinkling method is risky.so the tasty crispy Jack fruit chips is ready.you can keep this in  air tight glass bottles for more days.try  this and enjoy
