Easy chickpea salad

Chickpeas: 1 cup
Onion: 1
Tomato: 1
Carrot: 1
Cucumber:1
Green capsicum: 1
Yellow capsicum: 1
Green chillies: 3
Pomegranate: 2 teaspoon
Pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice: 2 teaspoon
Olive oil: 2 table spoon

Soak chickpeas for 8 hours or overnight.Then cook it with salt very nicely and without getting mashed up.Now take a mixing bowl.Add cooked chickpeas,chopped onion, carrot ,capsicum  ,cucumber,tomato and green chillies.All the vegetables should cut uniquely.Now add pomegranate, pepper powder,lemon juice and required salt.Finally add olive oil and mix well.If you prefer,add chopped coriander leaves also.so the tasty and simple chickpea salad is ready to serve now.It is very healthy and children also like it too.Try this and leave your comments
