Semolina/Rava: 1 cup
Milk: 1/4 cup
Sugar: 1/2 cup
Ghee: 4 table spoon
Salt: a pinch
Cinnamon powder: 1 teaspoon
Apple: 4

Heat a pan or kadai.Add ghee and roast the semolina until raw smell goes.Now add milk and let it cook.add a pinch of salt and powdered sugar.Mix well until it separates from the pan.Then switch of the flame.The Kesari is ready now.Pour this into a greezed tray.Now cut apple into very small pieces.Mix it with cinnamon powder and 1 teaspoon powdered sugar.Add this mix over the Kesari.keep in refrigerator to set.After that cut it into desired shapes.so the yummy Apple cinnamon Kesari is ready now.Try and enjoy😍
