Malabar Athishaya Pathiri

Chicken (boneless): 1/2 kg
Onion: 3
Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
Green chilli: 6
Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper powder: 2 tablespoon
Salt: as required
Curry leaves: few
Coriander leaves: few
Eggs: 3
All purpose flour: 1 cup
Coconut oil: 3 teaspoon
Wash and clean the chicken.cut it into small pieces.cook well with turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt by adding water.Then mince the chicken.Now heat a pan and pour some oil.Sort well finely chopped onion ginger garlic and curry leaves.Add minced chicken,pepper powder and garam masala powder,sort very well until the raw smell goes.N ow add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.Now the filling is ready.Then take a bowl and add all purpose flour,one egg and salt.mix very well by adding required water to get a dosa batter.Heat a pan and make small thin dosas.Beat the egg with salt and pepper powder.Heat  another wide pan.sprinkle some oil in it.Take one dosa and dip it in the egg mixture.place it on the heated pan.sprinkle the filling evenly over it.Take another dosa and dip in the egg mixture.place over the masala.Again sprinkle the filling over it.Repeat this process until all dosas get finished.Then close the pan and cook it in very low flame for about 20 to 30 minutes.Then flip it to another pan and cook other side also for five minutes.Now our tasty Malabar Athishayapathiri is ready to serve.you can cut it into different shapes.It is a traditional Malabar Snack mostly making in marriages and other special occasions.Try this and leave your comments.
