Fishless fish curry/vegetarian fish curry

Ladies finger: 10
Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri chillipowder: 11/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger: a small piece
Shallots: few
Curry leaves: few
Kudampuli/ cambogia: 1 piece soaked
Coconut milk(thick): 1/4 cup
Coconut oil: 2 table spoon
Salt : as required
This recipe is useful for the non_vegetarians who can't take non_vegetable dishes during fasting or otherooccasions.
Wash and clean the ladies finger.cut each into two pieces.Now heat a pan and add coconut oil.sort the ladies finger for 5 minutes.Then add all powders and sort well.Add crushed ginger,shallots cambogia and curry leaves into it.Add one glass of boiled water.mix well and allow to cook.when the ladies finger cooked well and all the water evaporates,a dd thick coconut milk and salt.let it heat very well.Adjust the salt level.If the curry have enough sourness,you can taken out the kudampuli pieces.Now heat a pan and make seasoning.Add coconut oil and chopped shallots when it becomes light brown add curry leaves.Pour it into the curry.so the tasty fish curry without fish is ready to serve.It tastes like the original fish curry. Try this and enjoy.
