Soft pathiri

Rice flour: 2 cups
Water: 31/2 cup
Salt: to taste
Oil: 1 teaspoon
Boil water in a vessel by adding salt and oil.when it boils very well,add slowly the rice flour and mix very well continuously until the water dries out. close the pan for 5 minutes.Now pour the mix into a wide vessel .when it cools down a little,knead very well until the dough become very soft.Now make lemon sized balls.Now Flatten the balls using a press or roti flatener.Now heat a tawa and place pathiries on it .After 30 seconds flip one side.Then wait for 30 second.Again flip other side and press gently to puff up.so it will puffed up very nicely and will get nice and soft pathiries.It is a traditional Malabar recipe.It is well going with chicken,beef and mutton curries or even egg curry.Try this and enjoy😍
