TOMATO-BEETROOT SOUP/WINTER SPECIAL HEALTHY SOUP

TOMATO-BEETROOT SOUP

Tomato: 4
Beetroot: 1
Onion: 1
Garlic cloves: 4-6
Pepper corns: 1 teaspoon
Cloves: 2
Cardamom: 1
Cinnamon: 1 small piece
Butter: 2 table spoon
Corn flour: 2 teaspoon
Sugar: 2 teaspoon
Salt: as required
Soya chunks: 1/4 cup
Into a pressure cooker,add chopped tomatoes,beetroot and onion.Add also the pepper corns,garlic,the whole spices and enough salt.Add 2 glass of water and cook for about 4 whistles.soak the Soya chunks in boiling water with some salt for 10 minutes.After that squeeze it and remove all the water content.Then cut into small pieces.Then heat a pan and add 1 table spoon butter.Add the Soya chunks pieces and sort well until crispy.keep it aside.After the pressure releases,open the cooker and remove the whole spices from it..when it cools down, grind the vegetables by adding 1 more glass of water.Then filter it if there is  big particles.Now heat a pan and add the remaining butter.Then add cornflour and sort for few seconds.Now add the vegetable mix into the pan and mix well.add sugar also.mix well until it thickens.adjust the salt and spices level according to your taste preferences.Now the healthy tasty TOMATO-BEETROOT SOUP is ready to serve now.while serving add the roasted Soya chunks pieces on the top.you can add roasted bread pieces instead of that,but Soya chunks are more healthier.As the winter is going on and these healthy soups are very good for your body.soups are refreshing ,nourishing and make body warm.It is a good treat to beat the chilling winter and easily digestible too.so must try and serve as hot.Enjoy...😍😘
