Banana fritters/pazham pori

Banana( riped): 5
All purpose flour: 1 cup
Rice flour: 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: to taste
Baking soda: 1 pinch
Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Oil: for frying
Peel and slice the bananas.prepare a thick batter by mixing all the other ingredients with required water. Mix the batter very wellwith hands to become fluffy.heat oil in a kadai.dip each slices in the batter and deep fry until golden brown colour appears.
Serve as hot.enjoy😍
