Easy milk pudding

Milk(full fat) : 750 ml
China grass : 10 mg
Milk maid : 1/2 tin
Sugar : 1 cup
Vanila essence : 1 teaspoon

- Cut China grass into small pieces and allow to soak it in water for about 1 hour.Then boil the milk by adding sugar and milk maid.keep it aside.Now melt the China grass in a pan and add it directly into the milk mixture .Then stir continuously with out any lumps.If you want strain it through a strainer .Add vanila essence and mix well.pour the mixture into different moulds or pudding tray and allow it to cool.Now transfer into the refrigerator.it will be perfectly set after 6 hours.serve and enjoy😍
