SIMPLE CARROT CAKE

Wheat flour : 2 cups
Grated carrot :1/4 cup
Eggs : 3
Sugar : 1 cup
Baking powder : 1 teaspoon
Oil : 3 spoon
Milk : 1/2 cup
Cinnamon powder : 1 teaspoon
Cashews & raisins : 1 teaspoon
Ghee : 2 teaspoon
At first beat egg and powdered sugar.Then add grated carrot into it.sieve the wheat flour and baking powder 3 times.Add the flour slowly into the egg sugar mixture and mix well.Then add oil and milk into it.Then add cinnamon powder.Mix all to get a thick batter.Roast cashews and raisins in a pan with some ghee.Heat the pressure cooker in low flame .Add some ghee in to it.Make sure that the ghee reaches all parts of the cooker.Now add the cake batter in to it.close the lid without whistle.cook for 15-20 minutes.Now you get tasty carrot cake.
