Garlic Nan with smoky pan grilled chicken

Wheat flour   :1 cup
Curd.               :1/4 cup
Salt.                 :1/4 teaspoon
Sugar.              :1/4 teaspoon
Baking soda.    :1/2 teaspoon
Oil.                      :2 spoon
Garlic.                 :2 spoon(small pieces)
Mix wheat flour with sugar and salt in a vessel.Add curd  Baking soda and oil into it.Then mix it and knead well until a soft dough formed.Now rest it for 3-4 hrs in a greased plate for raising the dough.After that take the dough and knead well.Then make small balls and flatten it in the shape of nan.sprinkle some garlic pieces on one side and apply some water on the other side.Then heat the tawa and place the Nan that the water applied side facing the tawa.when bubbles are formed take the tawa and place it above the flame until it become cooked well.

Grilled chicken

Chicken.                      :1kg
Ginger garlic paste.   :2 teaspoon
Chilli powder.              :2 spoon
Turmeric powder.       :1/2teaspoon
Curd.                             : 2 spoon
Salt.                              : to taste
Clean the chicken and cut in to medium sized pieces.Then mix all the masalas and apply it on the chicken.Then rest it for half an hour.Then apply some oil in a pan and fry the chicken until crispy.Take a charcoal piece and burn it in the gas flame.place it in a steel glass and pour some oil into it so that smokes are formed.Place this with the chicken and cover it with a lid for few minutes.Then remove the charcoal.Now we get tasty grilled chicken.serve it and enjoy😍
