Easy wheat porotta

1. Wheat powder : 2 cups
2. Salt :1 teaspoon
3. Egg : 1
4. Olive oil : 2 teaspoon
5. Sourless curd : 2 teaspoon
6. Water : as needed
Mix well all the ingredients.Add water and knead well until it become soft.cover it with a wet paper towel and rest for 1 hour.After 1 hr take the dough and knead once again.Then make equal sized balls.Grease the table with some oil.Roll the ball in oval shape with rolling pin as thin as you can.cut it into thin strips with a knife.Apply some oil on its top.collect these strips with a scraper.stretch and roll it and make a ball.prepare all balls like this.Rest these balls for 1 hr in fridge.Then gently roll them with your hand or rolling pin.Roast on a hot thava by applying butter or ghee on both sides.serve as hot and enjoy..!!
