Chilli powder: 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder:1/2 teaspoon
Salt: as required
Shallot paste: 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste: 1/2 teaspoon
Hong powder: 1 pinch
Coconut oil: 1/2 teaspoon
Vinegar: 1/2 teaspoon
Oil: for frying
Cut ladies finger in to 1 inch pieces.mix all the ingredients except oil and marinate the pieces.leave for half an hour.heat oil in a pan and deep fry the ladies finger pieces.serve as hot
Brinjal fry

Cut Brinjal into thin pieces.do the procedure of ladies finger fry.Both are very tasty fries.It can be used as side dish for rice.
