Raw banana: 3
Red moong beans: 1/4 cup
Red chillies: 5
Garlic: 3
Shallots: 10
Water: as required
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: to taste
Coconut oil: 2 table spoon
Mustard seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
Coconut grated: 1/4 cup
Curry leaves: few
Peel,clean and cut banana into small pieces.wash and Soak red moong beans.pressure cook banana pieces,soaked beans ,with water, salt and turmeric powder for 3 whistles.crush garlic,shallots and red chillies.After releasing pressure, heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds,crushed ingredients and curry leaves.sort well.add the cooked banana mix.sort well until the water gets absorbed.roast grated coconut until light brown.sprinkle over the bananana mixture.sprinkle some curry leaves and 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil.close the pan.so the yummy thoran is ready to serve.Try and enjoy😍
