Sardine Fish fry

Sardine Fish: 1/2 kg
Chilli powder:11/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: as required
Ginger garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
Shallot paste: 1/2 teaspoon
Birds eye chilli crushed: 2 teaspoon
Curry leaves:few
Coconut oil:1teaspoon+ for frying
Vinegar: 1/2 teaspoon
Wash ,clean and cut the fishes.grind all the other ingredients well and marinate the fish very nicely.leave it for 2 hours.after that,heat coconut oil in a pan.add curry leaves and fry all the fishes until crispy.serve as hot.enloy😍
