Spongy Egg Omlet

Egg: 3
Onion: 1 big
Salt: to taste
Red chillies: 5
Coconut oil: 2 teaspoon
Separate the egg whites and yolks.Beat the egg white until fluffy.Now add the egg yolks and beat again.Then add finely chopped green chillies and onion.mix well by adding required salt.Now heat a non-stick pan or dosa pan.sprinkle some coconut oil and pour the egg mix.close the pan and cook in low flame for 10 minutes.Now the spongy Egg Omlet is ready to serve .It is more soft and tastier than the normal omelet.Try this and leave your comments
