Tasty Chicken Curry

Chicken: 1 kg
Onion: 2
Shallots: 1/4 cup
Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
Green chillies: 5
Tomatoes: 2
Curry leaves: few
Fennel seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
Kashmiri Chilli powder: 21/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder: 21/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder: 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder: 2 teaspoon
Salt: to taste
Coconut oil: 3 table spoon
Coriander leaves: few

 Wash and clean the chicken. cut it into medium pieces.Heat a kadai or pan and add coconut oil.Add curry leaves,shallots chopped and onions chopped.sort well.add salt and sort until light brown.Add ginger garlic paste and crushed fennel seeds.sort well until the raw smell goes.add all the powders one by one.sort well.when the raw smell goes,add chopped tomatoes.close the pan for few minutes.w hen tomatoes gets mashed up add the chicken pieces.mix well.If you want more gravy add 1 glass of water.otherwise the chicken itself have enough water.close the pan and cook in medium flame until the chicken pieces become soft.when it is done,add chopped coriander leaves over it and switch-off the flame.Now the tasty chicken curry is ready to serve now.Try this and leave your comments..😍
