Luqaimath/Sweet dumblings

All purpose flour: 1 cup
Instant Yeast: 1 teaspoon
Sugar: 2 teaspoon
Salt: 1 pinch
Corn flour: 2 teaspoon
Luke warm water: as required
Yogurt: 1 table spoon
Oil: for frying
For syrup:
Sugar: 1 cup
Water: 1/2 cup
Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
Into a bowl,add all purpose flour,sugar,yeast ,curd and salt.mix well.add Luke warm water slowly and mix well to get a thick batter.close it and leave for 45 minutes.After that take it. It would be double of its size.Again mix well to remove air bubbles.Now heat oil in a pan in medium flame.Take small portions of the batter and drop it to the hot oil and fry until crispy.Take another pan. add sugar and water for syrup.Melt it until thick.Add lemon juice that avoids crystallisation of sugar particles.Now pour the sugar syrup over the dumblings.you can add date syrup instead of sugar syrup.So the sweet dumblings is ready to serve now.serve as hot is more tasty.It is a traditional Arabic snack.Try this and enjoy.
