Soft chapathi

Wheat flour: 1 cup
Warm water: 1/2 cup
Oil: 2 teaspoon
Salt: as required
Into a vessel,add flour,salt and oil.Mix well.Then slowly add water and mix very well.knead well for about 10 minutes by adding required water to get soft dough.Dont let the water increases.Leave for half an hour.Again knead it well and make small balls out of it.Then roll it with a rolling pin as thin as possible.The thickness should be even in all parts, otherwise it will not puffed up.Now heat a thava and flip the chapathi.A fter 5 seconds flip other side.when small bubbles were formed,flip again other side.Maintain medium flame.press gently with a spoon over the chapathi so that it will puffed up.Repeat the process for all chapathies.Now the soft and easy chapati is ready to serve now.Try this and enjoy .you can add olive oil for kneading the dough to make more healthy chapathies
