Spinach toor dal curry

Spinach chopped: 1 cup
Toor dal soaked: 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli powder: 3/4 teaspoon
Tomato: 1
Salt : as required
Grated coconut: 1/2 cup
Fennel seeds: 1 pinch
Cumin seeds: 1 pinch
Shallots: 3
Coconut oil: 2 table spoon
Mustard seeds: 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves: few

In a pressure cooker,add soaked toor dal,tomato,turmeric powder,chilli powder,1/2 teaspoon coconut oil and salt with required water.cook for 3 whistles.After the pressure releases add the chopped spinach and cook for 5 minutes.Now grind coconut with cumin seeds,fennel seeds and shallots.Add it to the spinach mix and allow to boil.Now switch-off the flame.Now heat a pan,add coconut oil and splutter mustard seeds.add curry leaves and pour it to the curry.serve as hot.It is very tasty.Try this and enjoy 😍
