Kerala style anchovy fry/Netholi fry

Anchovy fish/netholi fish: 1/2 kg
Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
Red chilli: 2
Kashmiri chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder: 11/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Coconut oil: for frying+1 teaspoon
Shallots: 3
Fennel seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves: few
Vinegar: 1/2 teaspoon

Wash and clean the fish.lnto a grinder ,add ginger garlic paste, chillies,shallots,fennel seeds,vinegar,1 teaspoon coconut oil,few curry leaves,salt and the powders.grind well all the ingredients. Masala is ready.Marinate the fish with this masala .leave it for half an hour.Now heat a pan and add coconut oil.sprinkle some curry leaves and fry the fish until crispy.so the tasty netholi fish fry is ready to serve now.serve with hot steaming rice.Try this and leave your comments.
