Simple beans thoran

Beans chopped: 1 cup
Shallots: 5
Green chillies: 5
Curry leaves: few
Grated coconut: 2 table spoon
Coconut oil: 2 table spoon
Red chillies: 2
Mustard seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: to taste

Heat a pan and add oil.splutter mustard seeds .Add red chillies and curry leaves.Add crushed shallots and sort well.Add chopped beans,green chillies and salt.mix well.cook for 10 minutes in low flame.Now add grated coconut and mix well.close for 2 minutes.Then sprinkle some curry leaves and switch off the flame.so the easy tasty beans thoran is ready now.Try this and enjoy😍
