Mixed Fried Rice

MIXED FRIED RICE:

Basmati rice: 2 cups
Chicken(boneless): 1/2  cup(cut into small pieces)
Eggs: 2
Cabbage chopped: 1/4 cup
Frozen green piece: 1/4 cup
Carrot chopped: 1/4 cup
Beans chopped: 1/4 cup
Capsicum chopped: 1/4 cup
Spring onion(white and green): 1/4 cup
Garlic chopped: 2 teaspoon
Soya sauce: 21/2 +1 teaspoon
Vinegar: 2 teaspoon
Corn flour: 1 teaspoon
White pepper powder: 3 +1 teaspoon
Lime juice:1 teaspoon
Oil: 1/4 cup

Wash and Soak the rice for half an hour.Boil enough water in a vessel and add salt.Add rice and 2 teaspoon oil.when it becomes 90 percent done,drain the rice and separate it with fork.Then wash and clean the chicken pieces.marinate it with 1 teaspoon pepper powder,cornflour ,Soya sauce,l ime juice and salt.keep it aside for half an hour.Into another pan,add 3 table spoon oil.add chopped garlic.sort well.add chopped spring onion and all other vegetables one by one.sort well until the raw smell goes.add required salt.Mean while shallow fry the chicken pieces.add Soya sauce,vinegar and pepper powder into the vegetable mix.sort well.add the fried chicken pieces.scramble the egg in another pan and add it to the vegetable mix.Now add the cooked rice and sort gently for 5  to 10 minutes.add more or less soy sauce,vinegar and pepper powder according to your taste preferences.finally Garnish with some chopped spring onions.so  the tasty mixed fried rice is ready to serve no.Try this and enjoy .It is well combined with BADAMI CHICKEN*.
