Tasty Mambazha Pulissery

Riped Mango: 3_4
Chilli powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Green chillies: 5_6
Turmeric powder:1/2 teaspoon
Salt: as required
Coconut grated: 1 cup
Cumin seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
Thick curd : 1/2 cup
Red chillies: 4
Fenugreek seeds: 1/4 teaspoon
Mustard seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves: few
Coconut oil: 2 table spoon
Remove the skin of mangoes and cut it into pieces or you can use as such if the mangoes are small and juicy.Add it into a pan.add crushed chillies,turmeric powder,chilli powder,salt and required water.cook well until three- fourth of the water absorbs.Then grind coconut with cumin seeds to a fine paste.add it to the mango mix and allow to boil.Now add the Beated curd.mix well.don't allow to boil.adjust salt.Then make seasoning.lnto a pan,add coconut oil.splutter mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds,red chillies and curry leaves.Add it to the curry.N ow the tasty,authentic,mambazha pulissery is ready now.Try this and enjoy😘
