Wheat payasam

Broken wheat: 1 cup
Water:4 cup
Jaggery:1/2 kg
Coconut milk(thin): 5 cups
Coconut milk(thick): 11/2 cup
Ghee: 2 tablespoon
Salt: 1 pinch
Cardamom powder: 1 teaspoon
Cashews: 10
Raisins: 10

Wash, clean and strain the broken wheat.c ook it in pressure cooker with 4 cup water  for 5 whistles or until it is well cooked.open itvafter the pressure goes.heat a pan and add 1 table spoon ghee and sort it well until the raw smell goes. meanwhile melt jaggery and strain it to remove impurities and added to the cooked wheat mixture.allow it to boil and add salt.N ow add thin coconut milk and boil until the consistency become thick.then add thick coconut milk and mix well.then switch off the flame.it shouldn't boil after adding thick coconut milk,that will separates while boiling.then add cardamom powder and mix well.In the remaining ghee roast the cashews and raisins .pour over the payasam.now the tasty wheat payasam is ready to serve.it will be more tastier after refrigerating it for 1 hour.enjoy😍
