Chocolate cake

All purpose flour: 1 cup
Cocoa powder: 3 teaspoon
Instant coffee powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Baking powder:1/2 teaspoon
Vanila essence: 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar: 1 cup
Eggs: 4
Oil: 2 tablespoon
Milk: 1/4 cup
Salt: 1 pinch
Whipping cream
Or
Chocolate ganache: as required to decorate
First of all greeze the cake tin with some oil and place a parchment paper in it .sprinkle some cocoa powder and spread it evenly.preheat oven in 180 degree for about 15 minutes.now preparing the cake batter.lnto a bowl,add all purpose flour ,cocoa powder,baking powder,coffee powder,salt and mix very well.beat the eggs. add oil,milk and vanila essence into it and mix well.pour this mixture into the flour mix and fold gently to get the cake batter consistency.you can add hot water to get moist chocolate cake.now pour the cake batter into the cake tin and tap it to remove bubbles.then bake it in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes in 180 degree celcius.now take out the cake after cooling and decorate with Beated whipping cream.if you want to use chocolate ganache as topping,mix 1/4 cup of chocolate chips with 1/2 cup hot cream and 1 teaspoon Nutella in a bowl.keep this in refrigerator for 15 minutes and apply as topping.. try this and add comments.😍😘
