Rava / semolina:1 cup
Ghee/oil:2 tablespoon
Hot water:1 +1/2 cup
Mustard seeds:1/2 teaspoon
Big Onion:1
Ginger:a medium piece
Curry leaves:few
Green chilly:5
Salt:to taste
Roast semolina in a pan until the raw smell goes.i n a pan heat ghee(if we use ghee it will be more soft) and splutter mustard use.you can also add some urad dal along with this to splutter if you like that.add chopped onion,ginger,curry leaves and chillies with salt.sort well to become light brown.you can add chopped vegetables like carrots,beans,bell pepper,cabbage at this time according to your preferences.add hot water and allow to boil .now reduce the flame and slowly add the semolina.mix very well and close the pan for 2 minutes.now open it and mix with a fork that will separate the lumps so that it couldn't stick each other.then switch off the flame and close the pan for 3 minutes.after that it will be ready.mix it well and serve as hot .enjoy..😍
