Milk: 1 cup
Custard powder:2 table spoon
Ice cream: any ice cream as u prefer
Falooda vermicelli:1 packet
China grass:10mg
Sugar:as required for your taste
Green and red colour: as required
Chia seeds/basil seeds: 2 table spoon
Crushed strawberry: 1 table spoon
Crushed cashews,pistas and badams:2 table spoon
Fruits:
apple
 banana
pomegranate
cherries
 mango:1/4 cup

Boil water and cook vermicelli with some sugar.strain it .keep in refrigerator for half an hour.to prepare jelly melt China grass in half cup of water and add sugar.separate into two parts.add 4 drops of red colour in one and 4 drops of green colour in other.allow to cool.after cooling cut into small pieces.keep in refrigerator for half an hour.boil milk and add sugar .mix custard powder with some water.pour into the boiling milk.mix well until thick.allow to cool and keep in refrigerator.soak chia seeds in 1 glass water for 15 minutes.N ow assemble all the ingredients.take a falooda serving glass.pour 1 teaspoon strawberry crush ,add 1 scoop of ice cream over it,add 1 table spoon vermicelli,add 1 teaspoon chia seeds,add chopped fruits,add 1 table spoon custard over it,add crushed nuts over it,repeat the steps until the glass get filled.at the top add 1 scoop of ice cream and some cherries.decorate with chocolate flutes.if you want to add caramelised nuts.f or that heat 4 teaspoon of sugar with some water .melt it until brown colour appears.add crushed nuts into it.pour this mixture into a baking paper.allow it to cool.crush them and add it to the top of ice cream.serve and enjoy๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜˜
