Ragi +coconut Ada

Ragi powder: 1 cup
Grated coconut: 1/2 cup
Jaggery: 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: to taste
Ghee: 1 teaspoon
Banana(chopped): 2 table spoon
Mix Ragi powder with salt and boiling hot water.mix with hands.the water should not
be increased so that it sticks in your hand.melt jaggery and add grated coconut,ghee,cardomom powder,banana.mix well.take a banana leaf and take a portion of the Ragi dough.spread as thin layer with your hands.take 1 teaspoon jaggery _coconut mixture and spread over it.fold the banana leaf and roast both sides until the banana leaf become slightly burned.so our yummy Ada is ready now.serve and enjoy😍
