Uzhunnu vada

Urad dal: 1 cup
Water : as required to grind
Onion:half of one
Green chillies: 8
Curry leaves: few
Salt: to taste
Ginger: 1 medium piece
Oil: for frying
Soak urad dal in water for 4 hours.after that wash,clean and drain it.grind it by adding very less water.the water should not be increased otherwise we cannot make perfect Vadas.add ginger ,onion salt,curry leaves and green chillchillgrind it well.now we can make Vadas.make your hand wet,take a portion of the urad dal paste.make lemon sized balls,roll slightly with your hands and make a hole at the center.heat oil in a kadai.fry all vadas until crispy.now tasty uzhunnu vada is ready.it can be serve with coconut chutney and onion chammanthi .try and enjoy😍
