Vegetables:
Carrot: 2
Yam: 1 medium piece
Drum stick: 2
Ash gourd: 1 medium piece
Cucumber: 1 medium piece
Ginger: 1 small piece
Green chillies: 5
Turmeric powder:1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves: few
Coconut oil: 2 teaspoon
Salt: as requiredTry th
Curd: 3 table spoon
Coconut grated: 1/4 cup

Cut vegetables into 1 inch pieces.Into a clay pot add the chopped vegetables,green chillies,turmeric powder and salt with required water.c lose the pot and cook until it become soft.Now add thick curd and mix well.crush the coconut with ginger,cumin seeds ,shallots and one green chilli.when the water gets absorbed,add thecrushed coconut mix.Mix well and sprinkle some coconut oil and curry leaves.close the pan and serve after half an hour.It is one of the most common sadya dishes in Kerala.It is very tasty and easy to prepare.Try this and leave your comments..
