Black Chana Salad

Black chickpea(soaked): 1 cup
Carrot: 1
Cucumber: 1
Capsicum: 1
Green chillies: 4
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper powder: 2 teaspoon
Onion: 1
Tomato: 1
Garlic pods: 5
Lemon juice: 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves: few
Coriander leaves: few
Mustard seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil: 2 table spoon

In a pressure cooker,add soaked chana,garlic,turmeric,chilli and coriander powders with required salt.cook well.After
that,heat a pan and pour olive oil.spluttwr mustard seeds and add curry leaves.Now add one by one all the vegetables chopped,green chillies,cooked Chana and pepper powder.sort well for 5 seconds.add coriander leaves and lemon juice.mix well and switch off the flame.I t is very easy,tasty and healthy salad.
