Creamy egg curry(kids special)

Onion: 3
Tomato: 1
Garlic: 5 cloves
Ginger:1 medium piece
Green chilli: 3
Cashews: 10
Thick coconut milk: 1/4 cup
Curry leaves: few
Coconut oil: 2 table spoon
Salt: as required
Turmeric powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli powder: 11/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder: 11/2 teaspoon
Eggs: 5(cooked and peeled)
Into a heated pan add coconut oil.add sliced onion,green chillies,garlic and ginger .sort it well by adding salt until golden brown.Then add all powders and sort well until the raw smell goes.then add chopped tomato and cashews.sort well and close the pan for few minutes.when the tomato is well cooked ,switch off the flame and let it become cool.After that grind well this masala in a grinder by adding small amount of water.Then transfer the mix into the pan.Add one glass of boiling water in it and mix well.add the eggs at this time.mix well.close the pan and cook for 5 minutes.Then add thick coconut milk and mix well.Dont allow it to boil.finally sprinkle some curry leaves and coconut oil.switch off the flame and close for 5 minutes.Now the tasty😍,yummy,creamy egg curry is ready to serve now.kids will love it too much.so must try and leave your feedback😘
