Besan flour: 1 cup
Sugar: 1 cup
Ghee: 1 cup
Water: 1+1/4 cup
First of all heat a pan and roast the flour until raw smell goes.ln another pan,mix sugar and water.melt until one string consistency.melt the ghee and add flour into it.mix well without any lumps.Then add sugar syrup and mix thoroughly.when it separates from the pan,pour it into a greezed plate.level the upper part with a spatula.let it cool for half an hour.Then cut it into desired shapes.Try this and enjoy
