Soya chunks masala

Soya chunks: 1 cup
Onion: 3
Tomato:1
Ginger garlic paste: 2 teaspoon
Green chilly: 2
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli powder: 2 teaspoon
Coriander powder: 21/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Coconut oil: 3 tablespoon
Curry leaves: few
Coriander leaves: few
Badam: 10-15

Soak Soya chunks in boiled water for 15 minutes.Then squeeze well to remove the water from it.If it is bigger sized cut into small pieces.soak the badam in hot water.Heat a pan and add oil.add sliced onion,ginger garlic,green chillies  and curry leaves into it.sort well by adding salt.when it becomes light brown,add sliced tomato.close for 5 minutes.mash well the ingredients.Then add all powders.sort well until the raw smell goes.make the badam into fine paste.add it to the masala.mix well.add hot water and allow to boil. Then add the Soya chunks and mix well.close it for 5 minutes in medium flame.when the gravy thickens add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame .serve as hot with chapathi,porotta or nan.Try this and enjoy.
