Easy Chana masala(bachelors special)

Chana/chickpea: 1 cup
Onion: 2
Tomato: 2
Ginger: 1 medium piece
Garlic: 5 cloves
Cumin seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
Green chilly: 1
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli powder: 2 teaspoon
Coriander powder: 2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder:1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: as required
Coriander leaves: few
Oil: 1 teaspoon
Soak the Chana overnight.Cut the vegetables into medium pieces.grind it in a mixy with salt,all masala powders and cumin seeds by adding small amount of water.Add the ground paste into a pressure cooker.add soaked Chana and oil .add 1 cup hot water.cook it in medium flame for 6 whistles.After the pressure releases,open it and allow to boil until the gravy thickens.then add lemon juice.adjust the salt and sprinkle coriander leaves and green chilly pieces.switch off the flame.so the easy tasty Chana masala is ready now.Try this and enjoy😍
