Chicken Kadai

Chicken: 1 kg
Onion: 4
Ginger paste: 2 teaspoon
Garlic paste: 2 teaspoon
Green chilli: 5
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder: 2 teaspoon
Coriander powder: 2 teaspoon
Pepper powder: 2 teaspoon
Fennel seed powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masal powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Tomato: 2
Thick coconut milk: 1 cup
Curry leaves: few
Coriander leaves: few
Coconut oil: 3 table spoon
Coconut pieces: 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice: 1/2 teaspoon

Wash and clean the chicken.cut into pieces.Marinate the chicken with some salt,turmeric powder and lime juice.keep it aside for half an hour.Then shallow fry it in coconut oil.Take a kadai and add coconut milk.mix all the remaining spice powders.mix well .add the shallow fried chicken pieces.close the kadai and cook well in medium flame until the chicken become very soft .In another kadai,add coconut oil.add coconut pieces.roast well .add curry leaves and ginger garlic paste.sort again until the raw smell goes.add green chilli pieces.when it is well sorted,add chopped tomatoes and close for few minutes.Then mash the tomatoes to get well combined.Then add the cooked chicken and mix well.close for 10 minutes in medium flame so that the masala get well combined.You can add hot water according to the consistency you needed.finally add a sliced  chilli,curry leaves and coriander leaves on its top.so the tasty kadai Chicken is ready to serve now.Try this and enjoy 😘
