Jeerakasala/kaima rice: 2 cup
Ghee: 4 table spoon
Onion: 2
Cardamom: 4_6
Cloves: 4_6
Cinnamon: 1 medium piece
Fennel seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: as required
Cashews and raisins: 2 teaspoon

Wash and Soak the rice .ln to a wide pan,add 3 table spoon ghee.roast cashews and raisins.keep it aside.Then add 1/4 of the sliced onion.roast well until brown colour and crispy.keep it aside.Then add remaining onion and sort well. Add the spices and sort well.Then add hot water.(for 2 cup rice add 3+1/4 cup).add required salt.The salt level should be slightly high.After cooking the rice it will be accurate.drain the rice.When the water boils,add rice and mix well.close for 10 minutes in low flame.stirr occasionally.Then mix again and add the remaining ghee.when the water absorbs switch off the flame. close it for 5 minutes.Then fluff up with a fork.Then Garnish with fried onions,cashews and raisins.serve and enjoy😍
