Restaurant style tasty fish curry

Fish(any): 1/2 kg
Onion: 2
Shallots: 1/4 cup
Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
Tomato: 2
Green chillies: 4
Lime juice: 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves: few
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli powder: 2 teaspoon
Coriander powder: 2 teaspoon
Coriander leaves: few
Salt: as required
Coconut oil: 3 table spoon
Fenugreek powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Fennel seed powder: 1/4 teaspoon

Cut,clean and wash the fish.make small gashes on them.marinate it with some turmeric powder and salt.keep it aside for 10 minutes.Heat oil in a pan.shallow fry the fishes for 3 minutes.Take it from the pan.In the same oil,add finely chopped onions and shallots.sort well by adding salt.when it becomes light brown,add ginger garlic paste and chilly pieces.sort well until the raw smell goes.cut the tomato into small pieces.squeeze it well with your hands.Add it to the pan and sort again.close the pan and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.When the tomatoes get well mixed and the oil from the masala is oozes out,add the paste of chilli_turmeric_coriander_fennel seed powder.you can make its paste by adding small amount of water.Add this paste to the cmasala and sort well.When the raw smell goes add hot water.Add the shallow fried fish.close and cook for 10 minutes in medium flame.The amount of water to be added is according to the consistency of gravy you needed.add lime juice.Then sprinkle some fenugreek powder and coriander leaves.mix well.switchoff the flame.close for 5 minutes.so the tasty restaurant style fish curry is ready  now.I tastes so good after 2 hours.porottas,chapathis and white rice are well combination for this dish .Try this and enjoy😍
