White forest cake

All purpose flour    : 100 g
Powdered sugar      : 100 g
Eggs                           : 4
Butter                         :  1 teaspoon
Baking powder         : 1/2 teaspoon
Salt                              :  1 pinch
Refined oil                 :  2 table spoon
Vanila essence          : 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar syrup               : as required
Whipping cream Or
Whipping powder    : 1 cup or 1 sachet
Cherries
And                
White chocolate        : to decorate

First of all we want to make vanila sponge cake.for that seive all purpose flour and baking powder together atleast 3 times so that it mixes very well.separate egg white and yolks.beat egg white until fluffy by adding  powdered sugar frequently.beat until soft peaks are formed.add oil,vanila essence and salt and mix well.add this mixture into the Beated egg white  mixture and beat again.then add the all purpose flour slowly.fold it gently until it is well mixed.now the batter is ready.then heat a cooker or non-stick pan and spread butter on it.pour the batter into it .close the pan tightly.while using cooker remove the weight from it and allow to cook in very low flame until the cake is perfectly cooked.it may take half an hour.you can insert a tooth pick ,when it comes clear the cake is well cooked.now take out the cake and cut into three equal layers.spread the sugar syrup in each layers.Beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks are formed.take 1 cake layer and apply the cream evenly and spread some chopped cherries over it.place the other two layers over it and apply the cream.decorate the cake with grated chocolates and cherries as your likes.if you  use whipping powder ,beat it with cold milk as per the instructions.serve and enjoy the delicious cake 😍
