Chicken Samosa

Chicken(boneless): 1/4 kg
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper powder: 2 teaspoon
Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon
Galic paste: 1 teaspoon
Green chilli: 4
Garam masala: 1/2 teaspoon
Onion:2
Potato: 2 medium
Curry leaves: few
Coriander leaves: few
Salt: as required
Oil: for frying
All purpose flour: 1 cup
Ghee: 1 teaspoon
Clean the chicken .cook well the chicken with salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder.after that,mince the chicken.Now heat a pan and add 2 table spoon oil.Add finely chopped onion and sort well until light brown.Mean while cook the potatoes very well.Now add ginger garlic paste,crushed chillies,turmeric powder and sort well.Add chopped curry leaves and minced chicken.sort well until the raw rsmell goes.Then add pepper powder and garam masala powder.mix well.Now add mashed potatoes and mix well.Adjust the salt and spices according to your choice.Now add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.Now we have to make the Samosa sheets.For that,mix all purpose flour with ghee and salt.add required water and knead well until soft.Now make balls from the dough.Roll the balls as thin sheets.Cut the edges to get perfect sheets.Now fill each sheets with the chicken masala and fold gently in the shape of samosa.Mix some flour and water together to make a batter to fill the gap of the folded Samosa,so that it can't breaks through the gaps while frying.Make samosas until the masala get finished.Then heat a pan and add oil for frying .Drop each samosas until crispy and golden brown.serve as hot and enjoy๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜˜
