Tasty Chicken Fry

Chicken: 1/2 kg
Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
Coconut oil: 1/2 teaspoon
Oil: for frying
Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Green chillies: 2
Fennel seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: as required
Curry leaves: few
Lime juice: 1/2 teaspoon
Curd: 2 table spoon
Coriander leaves:few
Wash and clean the chicken.cut into small pieces.soak it in water by adding curd for 1 hour to become the chicken soft.Now grind all other ingredients in grinder.so the masala is ready.clean the soaked chicken and drain it.Marinate the chicken with the masala.keep it in fridge for half an hour or overnight.After that heat oil for frying.sprinkle some curry leaves and fry the chicken until crispy.It is a special taste for this chicken fry.Must try this and leave your comments.
